Heat Treatment of SS316L Casting Parts
 SS316L casting parts are the austenitic stainless steel corrosion-resistant. In the general casting, it is hard to obtain the full austenitic. So the purpose of SS316 L casting parts heat treatment is to make the casting parts full austenitic and to enhance the resistance of austenitic corrosion.
Waiting for a while after pouring the steel water into the SS316L casting parts, then throw the SS316L casting parts into the water to cool down. When the temperature of SS316L casting parts is higher than that of austenitic, cool the SS316L casting parts down to obtain the full austenitic, that is, it make the solution treatment to the SS316L casting parts.
And the same heat treatment technology can be used in the high manganese steel castings as well as SS316L casting parts. However, it is hard to control the process of SS316L casting parts heat treatment in order to have more consistent performance of all major casting difficult.
